Is it a contract drafting or e-signature platform?
The initial focus is understanding and carrying out existing agreements. Full drafting, negotiation and e-signature workflows are outside the initial scope.
Does it support customer and supplier agreements?
Both are part of the product direction, organized by counterparty and project with related documents kept together.
AI and responsibility
How are important terms verified?
The intended workflow shows AI suggestions with source references. People review and confirm consequential information before putting it into use.
Does the system monitor everything happening in a project?
No. The initial concept relies on people reporting relevant events. The system should make that boundary clear.
Does the product provide legal advice?
No. It supports information organization and review, rather than replacing qualified advice or deciding disputed interpretations.
Does acknowledging a briefing complete the obligations?
No. Acknowledgement and action completion are separate records.
