What is an active agreement?
The pricing direction counts agreements currently being managed. Amendments would remain with their parent agreement. Detailed archive, usage and fair-use rules still need to be finalized before launch.
Are AI usage limits finalized?
No. AI is part of the proposed core experience, but document-processing allowances and fair-use terms have not been finalized. The live offer should make those limits explicit before purchase.
Is there an annual discount?
No annual discount has been committed. The current proposal is €149 per month excluding VAT.
Can we use it without a dedicated contract manager?
That is the intended audience. Someone still needs to confirm consequential terms and own the intake process, while colleagues receive the relevant briefings and tasks.
