CONTRACT MANAGEMENT BEYOND THE FILING CABINET

Find the contract.
Understand the terms.
Know what to do.

Someone negotiated the terms. Someone filed the PDF. Now your team needs to deliver.

But the approval before a team change? The condition for invoicing? The report promised every month? Those details are easy to lose between the contract and the people doing the work.

ContractSorted brings them into the day-to-day.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE EXCEPTIONS

Know what’s different.
Before it matters.

One customer needs approval. Another only needs notice. Compare agreements against your usual terms and keep the differences where your team can see them.

  • Ask the questions your business cares about
  • Compare terms across customers and suppliers
  • Trace every finding to its original wording

  • Keep related agreements and project terms together
  • Share the exceptions, duties and upcoming dates

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Who is ContractSorted designed for?

Owners, operations, finance and project teams at growing businesses. It is designed for people who need to understand and act on customer and supplier agreements, with or without a dedicated contract manager.

Can I try it with my own contracts yet?

This is a marketing concept with an interactive sample workspace. Real uploads, AI processing and accounts are not available here. You can explore fictional agreements, compare terms, read source clauses and try the intended action workflow.

Does AI decide what our contract means?

The intended workflow uses AI to propose information with references to the original text. A person confirms consequential terms and responsibilities. Unclear or conflicting wording should stay visible for review. It does not replace qualified advice where you need it.

How does it know when circumstances change?

The initial concept relies on your team reporting an event, such as a personnel change or project delay. ContractSorted then surfaces relevant confirmed requirements. It does not automatically observe your projects, email or business systems.

What about our existing CRM or project tools?

ContractSorted is intended to hold the contractual context behind the work. Your team can continue managing delivery in its existing tools. Specific integrations have not been committed; the first focus is a useful standalone workflow.

What happens when an agreement is amended?

Related agreements and amendments belong together. The product direction is to propose the impact of changes for review, then update affected responsibilities and briefings after confirmation. This is a planned capability, not a live feature in this preview.
